Since Lockdown my training and food tracking has gone down hill fast. Need to find my motivation and determination once again.

How are we all doing?

    I am just starting to get myself back on after falling off a couple months ago too. I've been back on for a couple weeks, but still find there are days that I just don't want to care. Its hard, but I think about my health and whats going to be harder to deal with.

    Lock down has been hard but I am starting over again. I am trying to lose the last 20-25 pounds, but I am still not sure how low to go. I am at that awkward point of the journey where I am at a healthy weight but not sure how thin I should get. We'll see though, I am focusing on how I feel at the moment.
