Food prep

Hi....I was told to throw together a recipe for example a casserole I weigh the ingredients by grams? The pan I put it in I will weigh separate. So after its cooked how do I determine how many portions and what my calories are??

    I usually add the whole casserole as 1 serving, weight out what I take, then enter it as a percentage of the total casserole weight.
