I was pretty active here 5 years ago when I was training for Goofy Challenge at Disney. That same year I went for the coast to coast medal, then decided I was sick of running.
Enter me, 50lbs heavier and kicking myself in the rear for getting lazy.
Buuuut I’m back, and ready to dig back in again! I have no set schedule, no set workout routine, and no specific diet. I workout on my days off, usually I lift or go to a class, and I try to be careful what I eat.
This picture is me 5 years ago vs me now. I’d like to physically get back to where I was. I’m always up for motivational friends, so feel free to add me.
