hi! my name is harlie. since the new year i've lost a total of 30lbs, but feel that i stay have a long way to go. i am the worst dieter imaginable, so much that i cant even last a day. i am the only one dieting in my family and group of friends, so i am hoping that by gaining support, i could lose the next 50lbs - but in a healthy way. who's up for the challenge?!

I know what you mean! I get all excited about it the night before, and wake up...and then like...heck no I don't want to eat right...lol
I have been doing good this week, I am actually shocked! I have lost a total of 75 lbs, but just recently found this site. We can do it!!0 -
First, take DIET out of your vocabulary! You need to focus on being healthy, eating healthy and making healthy food choices PERIOD. Forget what your family is or is not doing! You are the most important person - do not forget that!
All foods can be incorporated into your life. You need to look at how it is prepared, serving size and making smart choices with the selections available. Maybe you can teach your family and frieds a few things along the way.
You can do this (and have been by losing 30 lbs!! Amazing!) Now just keep it up and remember it is changing your style of eating not DIETING!!! :flowerforyou:0 -
