Issues w/ Negative Calorie Adjustment Feature

Not understanding the math on this one. I know that the adjustment is calculated by taking the partner data and subtracting the MFP data from it. In this case, I should have an adjustment of +146 calories, but instead, it’s -689. I already tried resyncing and reconnecting my other devices/apps, but this was yesterday, so it won’t change anything. (I also tried changing my activity level to sedentary to see if that would change anything and it didn’t but, again, because this was yesterday, it screwed up everything and I can’t fix it. Ugh.)
Every other day, the adjustment makes sense mathematically, but I’m not sure what happened here. Is anyone else having these issues? Solutions? Official MFP responses???

From my understanding Apple watch does not sync well with MFP. Many sync Apple Watch with an app called Pacer and then sync Pacer to MFP to give a more accurate adjustment.2

This should fix itself. Happens to me a couple times a day. I delete the crazy negative adjustment and it fixes itself within a few hours. It’s super frustrating but this app has had an unbelievable amount of issues lately.1
