Simple tuna salad recipe - if you are into that
I made this one this morning and I realized, that it is quite simple so I wanted the share.
The ingredients below is what I used, but you can change it up a bit if you want - I think its hard to mess it up.
Ingredients:
Avocado – 70 grams – 112 calories
Greek Yoghurt – 110 grams – 134 calories
Can of tuna preserved in water – 56 grams net – 61 calories
Hardboiled egg – 50 grams – 78 calories
Pinch of salt + pinch of pepper
Lime juice - 1 tsp – 0 calories
Cut up and mix all the ingredients.
Place it on 2 slices of Whole grain bread – 66 grams – 151 calories
Total calories is 536, which is 268 per serving.
I did not add a pic as it looks a bit boring – but it tastes really nice 😃
I hope you try it and enjoy 😊
