Hello, I'm Jon. I have recently quit drinking and started working out again and decided to track my eating and workouts. I kept hearing about this app but I never really gave it a shot; but from what I have seen this looks like it will be incredibly beneficial to my progress. Something that would help me stay on track is continuing support and motivation from others. I hope that you all have a great rest of your week!
