I am curious to see what everyone likes to do for exercise  I personally like to swim!

Speedskating. I love it! I also lift and bike, but speedskating is my true love.

Rowing, boats (the skinny ones like in the Olympics, only mine is slow ;) ). I will use my rowing machine in Winter (cue whiny 8-year-old voice) if Iiii haaavvvve tooo.

This is what looks like when I do it on home water, (me in yellow in bow, my (now 73-year-old) rowing buddy J in pink in stroke seat):

Spin class is fun, but gym's not reopened yet. Sometimes I lift weights because it's good for me, but I won't say I like it. ;)

Running is my first choice. With hiking and biking thrown in when possible. Outside nearly always preferable.

I like walking on trails and playing Beat Saber (which burns a surprising amount of calories).

I hate cardio, but I do enjoy lifting at the gym.

Pad boxing. That's what I am sorely missing in lockdown. I am doing some with my husband but it is really not the same as doing it with my PT. Other than that, I like doing new things. I just started a weight lifting course at our gym before lockdown, so until I can resume I'm learning about olympic lifts using a broomstick. I've also just splurged on a KO8 suspension/resistance band trainer which is so much fun it's ridiculous.

I was really into kickboxing, but I've recently started step aerobics. I'm also following Sydney Cummings on YouTube daily.

Closed gyms have made me get in to kettlebells - I think I bought the last 20 and 2x10s in the country, but I LOVE how they make me feel. Now saving up for a collection...

Probs hiking as it’s relatively low intensity, sociable and burns a lot of calories!

Another vote for running. It’s the biggest endorphin rush.

Spinning is also good - but only proper spin classes with lights, music etc for me.
