Hello, I set myself a 12 week healthy eating plan on 24th March and decided to calorie count and exercise in moderation. I aim for 1200kcal a day, haven't had any days off plan and have cut out alcohol completely. The weight came off quickly to start with (as expected) but i'm now starting to maintain. I'm 5ft4 and starting weight 11st 10lb, today I am 10st 6.5lb (17.5lb loss) ...is this a normal weight loss given the time period and how much longer would you expect me to keep going to get to my goal weight of 9 stone ? just trying to stay motivated
will i need to cut calories even further or will the weight just come off gradually if stick to the same calorie intake? Thanks! Lauren x

The minimum a sedentary female should be eating is 1200 calories, so no you shouldn't cut your calories. Healthy weight loss would be .5 lbs a week, so that's going to be slow weight loss.0
