Fit after Fifty 12 week program?

Anyone else doing this? Seems pretty doable at the start considering I am 320 Lbs. I am so out of shape it is embarrassing. I even have to reduce some of the exercises because I am just too big for them but they are doable and very well rounded.

I have decided to start setting some lead weights in the corner for each pound lost (equal to what I have lost that week). It amazes me, I can't pick up 120 Lbs but I carry it around with me and do all my daily activities with that weight on my back. As I shed the weight I will be able to pick it up and say-"man I'm glad I'm not carrying that around anymore". I also think it will help me realize the impact of cheating on my food plan.0
