Gain weight troubles

I've been trying to put on weight forever. I loose weight easier than I gain. I do weighted exercises but not often as it gets boring. My appetite isn't big either. How do you put on weiy in a healthy way?

For me liquid calories, juices, milk, smoothies were very helpful. Log your food, hit your goals and be consistent1
