I log all of my food and primary focus on Calories and Macros but my iron nutrients are always really low (average 2mg per day).
I eat chicken, beef, lentils, eggs, broccoli, spinach etc but I don’t seem to be getting enough (recommendation is ~18mg). Is this a MFP nutrient tracking issue or should I be concerned?

It's most likely a user input the food and didn't care about adding iron issue. 😀3
