Hi everyone. I finally decided enough is enough and I needed to get control over my health, which brings me here. I’ve heard great things about myfitnesspal. I hope the tracking her makes this journey a bit easier. I’d love to connect as a source of motivation. Continued success to each of you.

    Good luck with achieving your goals! Tracking works... but sadly (as many including me can attest) it only keeps working as long as you keep doing it :-)

    Exercise on evenings helps me to avoid night hunger and lose weight faster. . I lost 9 kg so far (6 kg in last 4 weeks). My goal now is to lose about 1 kg a week.
