HOMEBODY WORKOUTS - What's been working for you?

Hey guys! How are you all doing on this quarantine? Most of us, considering the context in which we live right now, marked by this Covid-19 pandemic, are unable to exercise at a gym. So, which exercise programs are you guys adopting that's getting you results? I've just finished my bulking period know I'm shifting towards cutting. I was using really great exercises from a YouTube channel : Athlean something like that. The guy basically made an entire exercise program for 8 weeks. I've just finished it. It consists of 3 full body workouts per week. I've been thinking about increasing my workout frequency to 5x a week at home. Are you guys following an exercise program in particular, do you recommend one? I've been thinking about changing the exercise routine for now considering that's been 8 weeks. Thank u

    Chloe ting has several free programs on her website - don’t underestimate her, it really does work your muscles out :)
