When you say "Carolina" do you mean North or South. I am also enamoured of the bright yellow mustard-based sauces of the South Carolina midlands.

Definitely Hughes no sugar. So good. Have a sweet snd spicy that is similar to sweet baby rays but no sugar and low calorie it’s amazing
