Can two days of your “diet” make you gain weight?

So I’m on SW managed to lose 3 stone 6.5lbs. I had yesterday off plan completely which was quite bad & then I’ve been on plan today but I’m supposed to be off plan today as well.
Would I be able to pull it back in 5 days or should I expect a big gain?

How much weight you gain or lose is fundamentally due to calorie intake versus energy expenditure. One thing that can easily throw a spanner in the works is salt. For example, if I eat a meal of Chinese take-out, I weigh 4 additional pounds two days later and it takes me about a week to pee it back out.
So, it's really up to you, how much you eat, and how salty it is.3
