Brown rice weighing

Hi all,
Starting to weigh my food and a bit confused so need clarification, thank you.
I weighed some brown rice, dry at 75g, the packet says after cooking it should be 180g and the following:
Energy: 304kcal
Carb: 63.5g
After cooking for 30mins, I weighed it again just to see if it's about 180g.
It came to 225g (45g over)
I'm assuming this does not matter and the above:
Energy: 304kcal
Carb: 63.5g
Still applies?

If you weighed it beforehand then the package numbers should also be stated Raw/uncooked.
The amount of water absorbed accounts for the variation in weight after cooking.
75g of uncooked brown rice is more like 280 calories according to my package of uncooked plain brown rice...so is there other stuff in it? Like butter, oil or some kind of seasoning packet? 393 calories seems high.2 -

I'm not sure, this is Lidl's Long Grain Brown easy cook rice.
I just realised, I took the calories from the 100g and the carbs from the 75g(main post now edited).

If it's a fast-cook style it may have additives, I don't know, check the ingredients. My plain brown long-grain regular rice uncooked is 45g=160 calories. That's pretty standard across brands. Fast cook rice is also cooked and then dehydrated so it would be a little different calories by weight.
Just use the label's numbers for the uncooked calories since you weighed it before you cooked it. The raw weight is the most important.2 -
