Am 5ā€™7 and just reached a new weight height a short while ago. Been on diets for years, lost some, gained more, you know the drill. šŸ˜” This time Iā€™m bound and determined to make the changes to get this weight off, and permanently.     I'm 5'5" and my old favorite thing to do was lose and gain the same 15 lbs. Would like to keep it off for real this time! And I am always looking for accountability buddies.
