Pelvic Floor Problems and exercise

Hi all, is anyone trying to exercise safely at home with a pelvic floor problem? Just diagnosed and I am used to dance-fit energy type exercise......I am doing yoga/gentle pilates type stretching, but don't feel like I am using the calories I used to (especially since I swam a lot prior to lock-down). Gutted to see I have actually gained weight this week too

Without getting all into your business about the nature of your issue, you may want to check in with a specialized physiotherapist. Some of them have decided to focus on a range of these issues (for example, incontinence).3

Agree with being guided by your Dr and/or PT.
No one here is qualified to recommend excercises even if they have had a similar problem.
As far as weight gain. Adjust your exercise calories to suit the workouts you are doing now.
