Keto fail

Hey guys!
I started keto a couple of weeks a go and I lost 10 pounds!!
However, Saturday night I feel off the wagon in the evening and Sunday morning I gained two pounds on the scale (which I expected), so yesterday I fasted from 4pm and today I still am still up those two pounds! Have I really done that much damage to gain two pounds in the space of 4 hour evening from Saturday night? Feel so annoyed at myself - advise or reassurance welcome x

It will just be water weight or something. No way you gained 2lbs overnights unless you ate several days worth of food in one sitting.2

It can take a few days for water weight to pass. I gained six pounds in water weight one time and it took about a week before I was back down to "regular" levels. Additionally, fasting can sometimes cause water retention, as food contains water at varying levels, so decreasing food intake can reduce water intake as well. Water pushes water, so less hydration can lead to retention.4
