New changes

Hey everyone, this isn't my first time on fitness pal, but I'm trying to make this time stick. I'm currently dealing with and going to continue experiencing new changes to my life and instead of letting food dictate how I feel, I'd rather be in control.

I'm looking for accountability partners where we can help each other stay on track with daily or weekly check-ins and just be each others support system when we're feeling a bit defeated.
