Hi!

I am a 33 year old female on the healthy track for what needs to be the last time. After several failed diet attempts over the years, I was at my highest weight 5 years ago when I got pregnant with my first child. After his birth, I lost 100lbs through diet and some exercise. Then I got pregnant with my second child and put a majority of the weight back on. She is two now, and I'm still holding on to the weight. It's time to let it go for good.

I'm 2 months in and have lost 26lbs. My motivation in slowing down so I'm coming here for the first time to connect with people hoping it will help keep my motivation up. I follow a mostly Paleo way of eating while counting calories and having been lifting weights and doing cardio. If you have any interest at all in being friends on here, please add me!
