Trying to Gain Control

Here I am, yet again, trying to gain control over my eating habits. I know all of the right things to do, but I can't seem to be consistent enough with those things to actually see any progress. I am 37, working full time, mom of 2 little girls (7 and 2). I workout in a bootcamp type workout 3-5 times a week, but I struggle with my nutrition. I'm hoping that by using MFP I can be consistent while still getting to have some things in moderation.

    I workout 7 days a weeks and it wasn’t until I started using MFP did I truly start seeing results. Having the ability to track what I’m eating and a tool that helps hold me accountable has been a true game changer for me.
    Be honest with your logs and be willing to hold yourself accountable and you will succeed! ✌🏻🥰
