Hello! New to this group.

Hi there! My name is Peg. I am 62 and have a ton of weight to lose....no really....a ton! I started back on MFP logging my weight (384) and food. I've lost and gained a bazillion pounds over the last 30 years and I keep coming back! Gotta keep trying. The older I get, the harder it seems to lose and more it is affecting my health. So I'm back again! As of today I weighed in at 365, so I'm 19 lbs down....yaay. I attribute it to seriously calorie counting and trying intermittent fasting (that's a new thing for me)....so far, so good. Anyways, I hope I'm responding right. I've never joined a group before. Good luck to all of you! We got this!
