I'm not new but... I'm not the best at social

I've been on here 2 years and with a medically supervised weight loss program I lost close to 50lbs. The diet was hard for me though as I constantly was eating things I despised. It also had a weight loss medication that now that I'm off it I see it may have made things worse. Now in this quarantine life, I have started to gain some weight back and I'm trying to navigate what my long term needs to look like.

I would adore any new friends during this. I can't promise to be inspiring but I will be honest. Most of my support system is pregnant or deployed right now so trying to utilize the community I've been a part of for years but just never reached out to.

I hope you all have a great day. Please be safe during these times.

Thanks for reading this. :)

    Hello TealoverDee,
I am on a medically supervised currently and I am in the process of having some "real food" introduced. I am nervous about this new step, but don't want anymore protien shakes!!

It is easy to put weight on especially with quarantine. Best of luck to you!!
