Done it Once - Need help This time

About Me:
I discovered My Fitness pal in Jan 2011 and have not looked back since.
I would now never do another diet.
I have recorded every thing I have eaten, increased my exercise and have lost 3 stone (42lbs) in just over 3 months.
Just by cutting down portion sizes, drinking lots of water and moving more.
2020 update - I am now 44 years old - Life, Kids, Work has taken me away from this and my previous success story and put be back at square one. (in fact quite a bit past square one)
The time feels right for me to get back to winning ways.
I need your help, I need your support and I need you to keep me accountable.
I know its not going to be easy but I am up for the challenge.
Mindset and mood is Massive, I know this from previous experience.
Someone telling you they think you should lose weight doesn't work.
(don't you think I know I should lose weight ?)
I know you have to be in the Mindset and have the Motivation Goals to reach your target.
There WILL be days I don't feel like I can do it, because like most of you I am sure,
I really enjoy Food and Drink.
If you think you can help, please feel free to add me, offer advice and keep in touch.
