Finally to the point where enough is enough it is It is getting very hard for me to just live life I’m 31 years old 5 foot 3 and 447 pounds and would like to lose at least 200 pounds in the next couple of years it’s very rough when you are unemployed and are a stress eater and I eat whenever I’m bored which is constantly because I have shut myself in from the outside world from friends and family I’m hoping to get some encouragement to get over these feats and start with my new life thanks for listening 😁

I am still working thank goodness but in my free time at home during the quarantine I habe found that picking up a few hobbies has helped immensely! I believe once I heard its beneficial to try one physical hobby, one mental, and one creative. Walking or something may help your weight loss goals, and a mental one could be professional development, which could help your career (you disnt mention if you were unemployed because of the pandemic or just because) personally ive been debating getting an audible or a skillshare sub.
You got a long journey but what they say about you feeling better is true. Enjoy healthy food for how it makes you feel as it fuels your body and you will do wonders

Hey man, going to send you a friend req. You've already made a huge step by wanting to change for the better and get healthier.
My heaviest was 350lbs an I have lost 135lbs, sitting around 215 right now. Just gotta take it a day at a time1 -
I am all about giving and getting encouragement. I'm a yo-yo'er with my highest being 210 and lowest 147. I'm back up to 195. I'm sending you a friend request0
