Keeping it simple!

With so many options out there for workout programs, YouTube video workouts, and elaborate Instagram fitness posts, I decided to keep things simple. Or try at least. And work on my body in phases with a plan that I can stick to and get done quickly.

Here are my goals
1. Gain some muscle mass in glutes and legs.
2. Increase back strength.
3. Improve core strength and maintain small waist while adding muscle. Possible, lol??

I've only been doing three exercises per day focusing on my core, back, & gluteus or legs. For example, today's routine was: ab tuck ins, squats, and supermans. 4 sets of 25 reps for each. 10 mins of jump rope to start.

I can already see and feel some improvements in my core. Today was just day 5 of must plan. Each day I rotate the exercises to focus on the same general areas, but from different angles if that makes sense. Yesterday, I did russian twists for my core exercise.

Anyone else a fan of keeping it simple?
