Hello,
Used MFP years ago, have dieted for years (obviously not successfully) but have finally gotten some medical help for an endocrine disorder and weight is starting to come off. I am at a long stall right now and my DR wants to make sure I am getting 2/3 of my calories before 3pm.....so that is my focus---giving that a try for at least a month, keeping 1200-1400 cals a day, and getting some walks in to break this 5 week stall
54 years old, works 50 hours a week, in the evenings I work on custom orders (quilting, home decor, crochet etc) and I have a husband who is home bound right now because of COVID, ( we are a hot spot of the nation, in Yakima--central Washington) who is waiting neck fusion surgery
