Mom of 2 boys ages 8 and 12..looking for some motivation to lose my weight!

    Your two boys? I'm sure they are alot to keep up with, being lighter and faster always helps with that!

    You’re in the fun stage right now where your kids are big enough to do things with you, but young enough to still want to do things with you! Take advantage of it!! I have 10,8,6, and 4 yo boys, and we are all enjoying being active together. We all went on a 3m hike yesterday, and even the little guy can do a 4-5m bike ride or rock climb for an hour without getting tired. With the older ones, I can bike, hike, run (oldest 2 will do 3m with me or my husband), kayak, etc. Take them along for some bonding time (boys often talk when you’re doing something together and not staring at each other quietly) and get some activity in for you.
