I work at FedEx as a delivery driver. When is it the best time to workout? Before work or after work?

I’m actively running, walking and lifting throughout the day. How much food I should I consume for better results in the gym?

whenever it suits your schedule is best for working out.

as for food - depends on your goals. gaining muscle, you need to eat at a surplus, losing weight - deficit.

work out your maintenance using a TDEE calculator and take it from there.

even more importantly, a decent workout plan to stick to and consistency is the key :)

    Good luck!

My recommendation specifically for the gym would be whichever time it's less packed (between the 2 different time windows, there's a good chance that one of them might require longer equipment wait times versus the other). otherwise, whichever is more convenient for you personally. (also- how much food is too little or too much before a workout - both can be a problem - will be somewhat specific to you).

I like to workout before work. It helps me wake up and feel accomplished before the day really starts. It depends how you feel.

Best time is the one you will adhere to.

Calorie intake has to do with your goals which you haven't stated either.
