    Yep, that one was pretty good. If you look at the Men's Health article that Matt linked to, you'll find it hard to believe that the ultramarathon runner in the photo was once a fat kid. That's pretty inspiring!

    Agreed! He is amazing and talented :-)

    I like his honest approach, I feel the same way as far as my main objective for running, excercise, etc. is to eat and drink :-)
