I got this!

Over the past couple of years I’ve gained about 30 lbs, I know it may not seem like a lot to some but I already gained another 30 before that! I did all kinds of diets and nothing worked. I quit smoking, moved thousands of miles away from home and started to eat my feelings, I Think the worst part is a little over a year ago I was making headway, working out hard and all, my wife and I were involved in a pretty bad accident that left us with nerve damage. We were told we can start working out but I’m still scared! Well I decided to take a day at a time. I went on a low carb no sugar diet (Keto is way to strict for me), I IF when I’m comfortable, if I can’t than I make sure not to go ones my calorie count, I did day two yesterday at the gym and went 5 more minutes on the elliptical and 1/2 mile more than Tuesday. My first goal weight is 165.... I started out as 192 and am down to 188.4! I know it’s going to take some time for me to get to my goal but I have a plan! It’s taking it a day at a time and sticky notes reminding me that I have a toxic relationship with junk food! I know I got this!
