Hello all. I started working out and logging about a month ago. I'm not doing keto or anything but I know in the past I've lost weight by cutting down carbs and eating more protein. I've googled and received tons of different suggestions on macros, does anyone have personal suggestions? I know it's different for everyone, but I'm lost on how much of what I should be kind of be aiming for.
