Can someone tell me what *tc* means in food items?

Sometimes when I type in my food item, it comes up with an item I am looking for, but might have *tc* in the description. Does anyone know what that means?

    It might be someone's initials.

    It used to be that every new item/food added to the food database was viewable by everyone, and those may be old items from back then OR they could be items used by a particular group or family.

    If they add *tc* to all their foods, then they are easy to find in the database later.

    I add letters to my foods so I can search for them easier. I just don't share them to the Public database.
