I HAVE to win !

So me and a friend were talking on Monday this past week about my progress. She said let’s set a goal to close every ring on our Apple Watches this week, Monday to Sunday.
That’s a good goal so I said OK let’s do it !
So far so good, today was a non workday for me. I was out running errands, last thing on my mind was exercise.
She tells me today that her watched Didn’t record her walk. So Im all over here like, well what can ya do, let’s have a day off. She’s like no I’m going back out and I’m getting the credit !

So, because I don’t like to “lose” that forced me to get up and do 30 minutes of exercise. Even though I REALLY didn’t want to.

Only two more days left to reach the goal we set.

    SO relieved to read that thread title, then discover it was an activity-ring challenge (vs. the too-common "biggest loser" contests that get people taking on health risks to "win")!
