Has anyone found a good beginner workouts on the routine here?
I'm finding I can't do the ones on here (even modified) as I have had my knee surgery.
Mostly right now I'm just riding a bike but if anyone has any suggestions in open to them.
Thanks guys!

You may look up Tai Chi. Not sure if there are any on here but I’m sure YouTube em.
There’s also no shame in modifying the modifier, if you have a workout that you really want to do just do it at your capacity. Eventually you’ll find you can do more.1 -
Leslie Sansone walking workouts are beginner to intermediate. The pace picks up after the warm-up, but you can easily go at your own speed. Be mindful of the side to side elements (a bit unnatural).....go slowly at first. "Boosted" walks are code for high impact, hence intermediate. Steer clear of these for awhile, or modify.
