Basically what the title says lol
So i've always had a much smaller waist. With the whole covid thing ive been sticking to more home exercises & cardio. Once the pool opens up i'll go back to my usual lap swim. But with all the core focus i'm starting to get a 6 pack lol wtf help what do i do
Edit: I'm female im my mid/late 20s

Good thing they shrink too then lol right?
So what kinda lower body/arms workouts can i do that are more isolated? Should I eat less to get less muscular?0 -
So...you focused on your core and then were surprised it got stronger?
Do you really want to work upper and lower body? You might grow those muscles as well.3 -
Now I really wanna see a photo of this blocky six pack that has appeared in 3 months.7

What were your measurements before and what are they now? If you're wanting to build your core, why is it necessary to reduce your waist measurement?1
