Question: should I eat less on rest days?

I recently changed my goal to lose 1 lb per week instead of 2 (because I was not including stuff like coffee with creamer), which put my allowed calories at 1550 rather than 1200. I juat got used to eating 1200 per day (I was undereating), but now I'm having trouble planning my meals with enough food during the 5 days when I exercise, and feel like I may be overeating on days when I don't. Any advice?

On the days when you exercise log and eat back your exercise calories. On the days that you don't exercise just eat the calories that MFP gives you. Both will hopefully keep you at your healthy calorie deficit.4
