should I alternate my workouts?

I'm 22yrs old 5'3 and weigh 253 lbs. Last week I started the turbo jam kickboxing workout and lost 5lbs (starting weight 258). I absolutely love this workout and so far I have done it m-f last week and everyday so fsr this week because I know I burn up to 800 cals in 45 min... my question is, will my body eventually get used to this workout, do I need to change it up once in a while? I really want to do workouts that burn the most calories and I find kickboxing a great and fun work out. And if I should change up the workouts, what other workouts do I need to do ooposite kickboxing? Please help me. I'm desperate to lose weight. :)
