I need help with calories!

Hey everyone! and thanks for taking some time to read (and hopefully help) 
I began in April 2013 at 165lbs and weighed in yesterday at 141lbs! which I am more than pleased with
for the most part the scale steadily decreased by about 1-2lbs a week while I was eating between 1300-1400cal a day (plus atleast some exercise calories) and went on vacation where I saw the scale creep back up a few pounds. During this time I have not felt hungry and have felt more than satisfied, I have not completely restricted anything from my diet as I like to eat things in moderation. I had planned to lose 0.5-1lb a week but frequently lost almost double that. I am not very active so I didnt think my calories were too low but even after upping my calories to 1500-1600 (netting 200cal more a day) I have been losing 1lb a week and even last week lost 1.8lbs (again which is great!!)
but im worried as I DO NOT want to lose much more weight, just lower my bf%.. Im looking to end up around 130-135
I currently work on my feet 7+ hours a day, walk my dog 1-2 times a day for 30min, and do some work out videos like the 30 day shred a few times a week but other than that I lay around and dont do too much. I am getting some weights soon and plan to start lifting so I really want to figure out my calories so that im not eating too little.

according to the different calculators on fat2fit my bf% was 26.3% on one, 31.7% on another, and lastly 18.7% on the last one. so fairly different numbers from each and not sure what to do.
I'm pretty lost at the moment so any feedback would be lovely
