Hi Everyone,
I hope you all are off to a great start.

I decided to try to do better today and focus on what I am eating. I prepared salmon and turnips.

I am really hoping for a good week. However, I did do a little revision to my eating healthy days is Mon-Fri with Saturday and Sunday free days with only one cheat meal per day on those days.

I decided to do BETTER THAN YESTERDAY!
