Binge eating

Start with a check up and a blood test. Have your A1C test, long term glucose levels.
Binge eating and T2 go hand in hand. Binge eating is a precursor of T2, along with a ravenous appetite that will not be abated. This can start at any age but usually in the later teen years or early 20's. Your doctor will know and when you get checked out you'll know what you're up against. The sooner you can get a grip on it it the happier you will be. It will save you decades of serial or yoyo dieting to try and overcompensate for it. There's the emotional modality but start with a physical checkup.2
