Trying again :)))

I am setting my goal to lose 15lbs to start. My eating habits are pretty good. Its getting the exercise in that I need a buddy for. I am 47 years young and would like someone around the same age to help support me.

    I am 38 yrs young and aiming to lose 10 lb, like you I eat well but feel i need to be more active, i do 2 fitness classes per week and try to do some lunch time brisk walking, I am aiming to do 2 x 1 hour long power walks per week too, and trying not to eat all my excercise colories,

    Good luck, Im finding harder the older i get to lose weight ! :@(((
