Technical problems

Hi all,
I've been using this app for a couple of months now and it had been great. I had my samsung health app connected to it for my step counter and map my walk also connected too. The calorie counter used to work great syncing with each other, until yesterday.
I went online and read lots of articles and forum posts all leading to disconnecting the apps from each other and reconnecting them.
I did this as my first port of call, unfortunately this didn't work.
I then uninstalled all three apps and reinstalled them. The myfitness pal and samsung health didn't sync but the mapmywalk did.
Waking up this morning samsung health is connected but mapmy walk wont connect.
I am now completely lost on how to sort this out.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
