Well that is my excuse anyway... how about yours? I have tummy, back and thigh fat to lose and it just WON'T come off! Looking for anyone similar in this problem and what you have done to get the weight loss process going

Recently, I keep reading that what we eat is more important than exercise when it comes to our weights/shapes/sizes... So I have started to try to make it a priority to eat healthful foods that offer nutrition - avocado, nuts, veggies, lean proteins, etc.
I'll also eat something that doesn't offer nutrition, but I'll eat much less of it (milk chocolate, anyone?!?)
I'll let you know how it goes!0 -
When it got warm enough i decided to take the kids to the park and walk for 30 minutes each day. It does wonders for my energy and the weight loss.0
