    My July LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine. June: 66%, Best: 74%

    Took the day off cycling yesterday - my body needed a break for sure. But a better rest plus better eating made a world of good!

    My goal is no snacking after 8pm. If that fails, my “hard line” is not exceeding my daily calorie limit because of it.

    I kept on my streak but the eating this weekend wasn't the best. Now to return to a lighter diet!
