Post Laparoscopy Question

I had laparoscopy on 8/8 to have a large cyst removed, and I also had a D&C and a hysteroscopy. I am just wondering for anyone that has been through a similar procedure, how long did you wait before you started exercising, and doing your regular stuff? I've read so many things, and I am just wondering from other people's perspective.

One of my three incisions still has stitches, and they are all still decently tender. I know it is more of a when you are ready you will know, but what was your experience?

Another question that I had, is if having a large cyst removed has helped or hindered weight loss, or if it didn't make any difference? That is something else I have read a lot about. Sometimes people say it helped, other people say they gained weight, and others said it didn't make any difference.
