Hi to everybody on here. I am new to this group and may need some help advice and encouragement to get me to where I need to be π. I cycle which is my main form of exercise however my diet is my hardest pitfall. I have already found one recipe I plan to use but am happy to hear others. If I could find anyway as well that is happy to message most days with support would be helpful also. Look forward to getting to know new friends on here and hopefully hitting my target weight eventually.

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
