Yesterday I decided to get back into a routine with my eating and exercise after undoing all my hard work from last year over the past few months.

    Lockdown has brought our daughter home and she bakes too many goodies... resistance is futile 🤦‍♀️
    I am getting out for a walk each day but the lbs are not shifting as fast as I’d like.
    Am based in Berkshire at the moment. Hoping to move westward as soon as lockdown is over.

    Yorkie here too, i lost 5 stone and put 2 back on since Christmas. Lockdown has hit me hard and I'm trying to get back on track this week.
